Given the situation of mandatory preventive isolation that Colombia is currently experiencing, BUZCA, through its Social Management department, delivered more than 400 humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable populations within its area of influence in the cities of Cartagena and Santa Marta.
This is how our social managers in each city, together with police officials, delivered to the communities of Albornoz and Fishermen in the area (Cartagena) and to the Wayuu indigenous communities, Associations of Fishermen, Carperos and Tourism Providers of Pozos Colorados, Cooperativa de Pescadores de Bello Horizonte and ADI Mujer (Santa Marta) the aid represented in markets equipped with elements of the family basket to these populations that are greatly affected by the economic and health crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
